I began this love of photography by creating images of nature. With camera in hand, I've enjoyed endless hours capturing God's beauty and creatures. For my fellow nature lovers, I have added some of these photos to my Galleries page.

We were blessed with a son last year. Am I one of those Moms who take countless photos of their children? Of course! And I feel even stronger about the need to capture photographic memories. The joy and wonderment I experience looking back at his newborn photos, his toothless smile, or his concentration during play strengthen my resolve to make the best images I can so that I can look back over the years and smile.

In our busy lives today, there is no time to say, "Pictures can come later." Each day is unique and what you capture today could end up melting your heart. And you will be so glad you have a forever memory of it.

Finding that special moment is exhilarating to me. Seeing your enjoyment with photos of your loved ones is just as rewarding. I use patience, creativity, and an easy-going nature to create beautifully natural images. I prefer to focus on my subject rather than complex backgrounds or props as I do my best to convey a meaningful expression, a precious moment, or someone's spirit.
